We used Gene Inspections to inspect an older home during inspection period. He was available the next day and arrived on time and was very detailed and informative during the inspection and with his report. Leading up to the inspection, Gene provided excellent communication and a stress-free process to schedule and pay for his services. On the day of the inspection Gene arrived prior to the inspection and greeted the homeowners. As first time home buyers, my wife and I asked lots of questions throughout the inspection. Gene never hesitated to respond honestly and many times pointed out additional details that were beyond the scope of the inspection. We felt very comfortable during the 3 and a half hours we spent with Gene. We can't thank him enough for his feedback. I just completed my first home inspection in the area and I can’t say enough great things about the service that Gene provides. He allowed me to walk through the whole inspection process with him and explained everything he was checking and what he found. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, in both the issue itself, and how it potentially affected the home in the short term and long term. The inspection took roughly four hours and was extremely intensive. That evening I received a very thorough inspection document with all findings to include pictures.
